- Flexible Structural DesignThe wing van semi-trailer can be built with a full-side wing opening structure or adopt a combined configuration with a lower fence section and an upper wing panel. This combined design shortens the wing panel length, enabling opening and closing operations even in confined spaces.
- Efficient Three-Side LoadingThe side opening system allows both wing panels to lift to nearly 90° via an electro-hydraulic or manual actuation system, while the rear doors can swing open to 270° for full rear access. The aluminum profiles are joined by riveting rather than welding, a process better suited to the material characteristics of aluminum, resulting in a stronger and more durable structure.

2.SHIPMENT
Since the overall dimensions (length, width and height) of the van‑body semi‑trailer exceed those of standard containers, we normally ship by bulk carrier or ro‑ro vessel. For customers with manufacturing and assembly capabilities, SKD or CKD shipping modes are also available for container loading to save ocean freight costs.
