GIRDER animals semi-trailers are engineered for exceptional sturdiness and durability. They are typically equipped with premium JOST kingpins, Fuwa B axles, or BPW axles. The design features an extended and thickened kingpin plate, alongside reinforced load-bearing sections and suspension components.

To further enhance structural stability, channel steel and cross supports are installed beneath the floor. These robust structural upgrades make the trailer more durable, significantly extend its service life, and maximize payload capacity.

We also offer fully customizable configurations and flexible pricing options tailored to your specific requirements. For better shock‑absorbing performance, air suspension is a preferable option compared with leaf‑spring suspension.

3.Specific Classification:

The number of decks on livestock semi‑trailers is usually customized according to the size of the animals being transported. Single‑deck or double‑deck configurations are generally used for larger animals, whereas three‑deck or four‑deck setups apply to smaller‑sized animals.

• The single-layers livestock semi‑trailer is similar to the fence semi‑trailer. It features good ventilation and allows animals to walk‑in directly. Of course, configurations can be customized per your requirements, and an enclosed version is also available for option.

• Double‑deck livestock semi‑trailers come with multiple structural options. One version features a movable second deck, which can be lifted and lowered by hydraulic or winch systems to facilitate animal loading and unloading. A fixed second‑deck structure is also available, which requires a rear ramp for animals to climb up to the second floor. For the exterior, you may choose the well‑ventilated fence‑type design or the better‑waterproof enclosed‑type design. This double‑deck structure offers ample headroom on both upper and lower levels, and is generally used for transporting large livestock such as cattle and horses

• Three‑deck models generally adopt mechanically manual flip‑up platforms, allowing personnel to pass through for operation, clean livestock waste and keep a clean transportation environment inside the compartment. This model is mainly used for transporting smaller‑size livestock, such as goats, sheep and pigs.

• Four‑deck models are generally used to transport smaller animals, such as lambs, piglets, pigling, and poultry: duck,goose ,chicken,hen,cock. They also adopt manual flip‑up platform structures.

• Ventilation SystemConfigurable with single-layer or multi-layer electric ventilation devices and equipped with professional ventilation and air conditioning systems, the trailer can rapidly exhaust harmful gases such as ammonia from the carriage. This effectively safeguards the respiratory environment of livestock and poultry, providing a comfortable transportation setting.
• Constant Temperature Control SystemThe trailer features a precision constant temperature control system capable of accurately regulating temperature and humidity within the carriage. Optional air conditioning and heating equipment, combined with spray devices, enables precise control of the temperature and humidity range, effectively reducing stress responses in animals during transit and minimizing transportation losses.
• Thermal Insulation LayerA high-quality thermal insulation layer is installed on the top of the carriage, offering excellent sun protection and heat insulation performance. It stabilizes the internal temperature and minimizes the impact of external temperature fluctuations on livestock and poultry. Additionally, an open-structure design is available to flexibly accommodate diverse operational requirements. A high-quality thermal insulation layer is added on the top of the box, which has good sun protection and heat insulation performance, can stabilize the temperature in the carriage, and avoid the impact of external temperature changes on the state of livestock and poultry; it also supports an open structure design to flexibly adapt to different use needs.

• Layered Design & Loading/UnloadingThe carriage adopts a 1- to 4-layer tiered design, with optional internal partitions to meet specific needs. The top panel can be opened and folded over, facilitating not only the loading and unloading of livestock, poultry, and related goods, but also enabling thorough cleaning by personnel. Meanwhile, the space can be flexibly divided to significantly enhance load capacity.
• Bottom Plate MaterialsGiven the highly corrosive nature of animal excreta, the bottom plate is manufactured from premium materials such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel, offering high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior load-bearing performance. The lightweight design effectively reduces transportation energy consumption. The anti-slip treated surface is easy to rinse and clean, ensuring convenient daily maintenance.

• Hydraulic Tailgate & RampsHydraulic tailgates and upper and lower ramps can be optionally equipped according to needs, allowing livestock to pass up and down the vehicle by themselves without too much manual intervention, greatly improving loading and unloading efficiency and reducing labor costs.
