BULK FEED SEMI TRAILER(SCREW TYPE)
The auger-type bulk feed transporter adopts spiral auger system for sealed automatic loading and unloading. Unlike ordinary box-type trailers which rely on labor-intensive bag-handling operations with material spillage and contamination risks, this bulk feed vehicle can directly connect to farm silos. It features fully-enclosed conveying, low feed loss, multi-compartment design for different feed formulas, greatly improving transport efficiency and cutting overall operating costs. The auger-type bulk feed transporter is mainly used for dry powdery and pellet-shaped bulk feed, including compound pellet feed, concentrated feed and premix for pigs, cattle, sheep, poultry. It can also transport grain raw materials such as corn and soybean meal. Multi-compartment tank design allows delivering several different feed formulas in one trip. It is not suitable for wet, caking, sticky or corrosive materials. It delivers feed directly from feed mills to large farms and unloads automatically into silos.

Engineered with an ultra-lightweight design, our 3-axle bulk feed transport semi-trailer boasts a low center of gravity, high strength, and superior handling. Built on a robust 3-axle low-deck skeleton chassis, the main beam is constructed with precision-engineered top flanges, bottom flanges, and webs. The heavy-duty configuration includes a 90# traction pin, 28-ton landing gear, 13-ton Guangdong Fu Hua axles, 16-ton brake pads, 12R22.5 tires, ABS, 8-leaf spring suspension, and a comprehensive safety braking system (4 large and 2 small air chambers). Additional standard features include a toolbox and a spare tire carrier.
The high-strength steel tank is divided into 5 independent compartments, allowing for precise control over the unloading sequence and speed of each section. Powered by 4 augers (two bottom horizontal augers, a tail lifting auger, and a top discharge auger), this bulk feed tanker is designed to efficiently transport pig feed, poultry feed, and other animal feed.
Electric Auger System:
The 4 augers are driven by four 5.5KW motors powered by an external 380V power supply. The top discharge auger (9 meters) is hydraulically lifted and can rotate 180° left or right. Optional wireless remote control and onboard generators are available for enhanced convenience.
Hydraulic Auger System:
This full-hydraulic unloading mode utilizes a PTO (Power Take-Off) from the transmission to drive a hydraulic pump and motor, ensuring smooth and powerful operation. Like the electric version, it features a 9-meter top auger with 180° hydraulic rotation. Optional wireless remote control is also available.
